No issues. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
One gnarly felled tree maybe 2.5 miles up Gorge Brook Trail - there is a herd path around it. There is another downed tree just above but it the branches have been trimmed making for an easy step over. |

Flies out in force at the summit. Warm temps + no wind = long sleeves, pants and bug net. |

| Comments: |
A beat the heat hike to catch a sunset. A quick ascent got me to the top with plenty of time to spare. I chatted with one other also there for the sunset in addition to a few passers-by. The sunset itself was shaping up to be a good one until a line of distant clouds obscured the final drop. Uneventful hike out in the dark albeit pretty warm. |
