A short and rocky trail. I don't know what my issue was but going up I was on the struggle bus here and there seeing the next blaze (they could use some fresh paint) or carins (many smaller and just blended in with the rocks). So I just went in the direction of 'up' here and there. I had some concerns how I was going to actually get down after some very steep bouldering up and being solo. The trail and my butt got to know each other on the way down and all was good- not near as bad I set up in my mind! Only two others on the trail early and had the summit to myself. On the way down, saw at least 20 people making their way up. Really nice views going up. |
