Trail Maintenance Notes: Rocky branch from the HOL down to almost the first crossing was a river. Isolation had lots of mud and water and a tough stretch of blowdowns higher up. Davis path is a mess of water and mud and useless bog bridges. The first 2 miles of the hike were about the best and short stretches on the other trails too.

Bugs
Bugs: just occasional!

Comments
Comments: Very tough hike with all the problems as described above. Fortunately it was a beautiful day with a lot of happy hikers out and about. Met 2 guys doing the same project as I am. That was a first. Anyway, I now have 30 of the 48 finished at 70!
