Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: None
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Other than a good amount of mud on the Franconia Ridge Trail, there was no problem. A few easy stepovers on the Osseo trail.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw a few . They all looked tired. I asked the owners if they had water, and they all assured me that they did. There is NO water on the Osseo trail.
Bugs: None in the morning , but they were pretty bad on the way back. I had my head net and they didn’t bother me. I never see anyone using one ! I consider it essential. $1.50 at Walmart.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: I saw 2 hats on tree branches.
Comments: Nos.31&32 on my attempt at the 48 over 70 list. There getting tough. They must be getting steeper.
