| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Plenty of spots at 7am, but it was mostly full at 12:30 when we got back. |
| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
| Recommended Equipment: |

| Water Crossing Notes: |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Looks like the trail has recently been serviced. Blazes on trees are all really bright and easy to spot, like they’ve just been repainted. |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Several dogs on the trail. There’s really no place on this trail where a dog should need any help. |
| Bugs: |
Not bad at all. |

| Comments: |
It was very humid so we were sweating A LOT! There is a small spring maybe 1/2 mile from the Starr King summit where you can refill water bottles. Views are better from Starr King, but if you go just a little past Waumbek summit there is a decent view there. Overall a really beautiful trail that isn’t all that hard. |
