I did this as an out-and-back from the northern trail head of the Unknown Pond Trail on Mill Brook Road. The northern section of the Unknown Pond Trail is really pleasant; reminiscent of the Fire Warden's Trail up Mount Hale. A nice alternative.
I did encounter 20+ people on my return, mostly between the Horn and Unknown Pond. |
