A lot of blow downs on the Bobcat Trail. Too many to count. Some of the trees are significant in diameter. A lot of the blow downs appear to have been there for some time as paths are now forming off trail. |

I have been wanting to check this hike off the 52 WAV and NH Fire Tower Quest list for some time. Definitely do the loop hike, and don't miss the side trails on the summit, especially the one that overlooks the ledges. Good views. Many many blow downs on the Bobcat Trail. The trail head is definitely off the beaten path, but not too hard to find. |
