Comments
Comments: I carried spikes but did not need them. The lower section of the trail was relatively dry. It got more muddy and wet further up. But given how wet it has been there was not much mud and it was easy enough to avoid. Slippery rocks. Very little snow and ice left.

Fog blanketed the Franconia Valley but Lafayette and the rest of the Franconia appeared from time to time. Great day to be out .. thanks to Linda and Blue for joining
