Feet stayed dry the while way. Never came over the toe. Easy crossings. |

A few minor blow downs. One larger but very manageable tree on North Spur trail. |

Love meeting dogs on trail. |

Yes, Bugs. Hard to hear yourself think in a few spots but no bug nets required. Just put on a good bug repellant. Still have a few bumps but I will live. |

There are a few good lookouts along the whole route but South Twin is the prize. Amazing. Wish I could stay there. The trails were all in good shape. There are a few areas with running water or mud on the trail but it is all very avoidable at this point. No shoe grabbing mud or deep water. The shoes came out almost clean. You can get away with the summer breathable shoes unless we get a big rain. |
