Gorgeous day for a hike with spectacular views into Canada. Trail muddy in spots on the way up but trail around the lake had significant muddy sections, esp in need of bridging in many places. Black flies attacked in certain areas of the trail but not around the lake. Trilliums, red & painted, Clintonia, bunch berries and other wild flowers in bloom. This is a wonderful trail. |
