Lost and Found: Black sweatshirt on S side of Willey summit, approx 1/4mi above ladders

Comments: Trails mostly dry w/lots of mud on Ethan pond tr between the willey ridge tr and shoal pond tr. Ladders are dry. Saw lots of people on ridge, no one after dropping off the west side of the ridge.
