Followed B's route, finding the woods road across from the parking lot. Great route bearing right at road intersection. Found the well used trail to the summit. A few blowdowns on the path, but none too difficult to get around. Found the summit, no jar. I thought I had one to hang, but must have left it at home. Walked into the woods off the summit and found immense craters, some 3-4 feet deep, scattered around the mountain. People mining for something. Walked out the way we came. Limited views from the ledges as we descended. |
