Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The trail needs to be brushed especially from 3500' up. There are two crawl-under blowdowns. One about half way up to the main peak and the other between the peaks.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: There are some significant ledges between the peaks. No problem for experienced dogs, but could be difficult for some. The trail up to the west peak would be easy for all dogs. The trail was so wet today that Lauky could drink freely as he walked along.

Comments
Comments: The first part (and last part on a round trip) of this trail are quite bony but the trail does eventually smooth out. The grades up to Mt. Osceola are quite gentle with no real steep sections. On the other hand, the descent--ascent to and from Mt. Osceola on the east side is very steep in places.
