Parked at Sugarloaf trail head approximately 1 mile down Zealand Road. US Forest Service is actively fixing and patching the asphalt part of the road. Had no issue driving in. Great Crew!

Quick hike up Mt Hale all bare ground with the exception of a five foot stretch of monorail. Spring has sprung. I met nine other hikers. It was nice chatting at a distance with a few. Great afternoon for this peak. |
