Comments
Comments: Bears can run twice as fast as humans!

Significant monorail and snow from the start of the switchbacks to the summit (see pics). The snow on the steep section above the cutoff to the campsite was quite loose. Saw some people boot-surfing their way down - looked fun! Light traction was definitely very helpful for us but did see people barebooting, snowshoes not needed. #MAmicrospiker.

Overall gorgeous hike and not too busy, weather was fabulous and we hung out on the summit for a while in the sun. No bears sited :(
