Comments
Comments: A fairly simple clockwise loop along these mainly dry trails. Near the height-of-land on LFT, an obvious side path (faded yellow blaze) leads about 0.15 mi. to the summit of Philbrick, where there are some metal artifacts. The highest point (which differs from the USGS spot elevation) appears to be right behind these relics, where there is an old cairn just off trail behind a tree. I bushwhacked a bit around the summit and found a campsite with a partial view and a fallen telegraph pole. Some limited views through the trees toward Kearsarge with the leaves down.
