Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: There’s room for a couple cars at the base of the cemetery. The trail actually starts on a road just east of it (50yds). The road is blocked off to vehicles at its start but it would probably be okay to pull a car into that point. Plenty of space to park roadside too. It’s just east of Randolph Hill Rd. I was the only car around.

Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: I don’t think the trail was really blazed. I recall one random yellow one near where the trail passed some houses. My guess is that it’s just a boundary marker. There were the RCF white diamonds where the trail enters/exits the woods around the cemetery and when it comes to the road. On the route 2 side, there appeared to be a couple diverging paths near it’s beginning (when it renters the woods past the cemetery) but it’s fairly easy to discern the right one. The trail may be a bit obscure to those who are inexperienced. Part of a pine tree down to walk over or around. One or two other very old stepovers.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: None seen but they’d be fine on this quick walk. Note that the trail goes by some houses, one of which I noted dogs outside of but they didn’t seem bothered by me.
Bugs
Bugs: None but they’ll be bad soon enough. I’d start carrying bug spray and a headset if I were you.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: None

Comments
Comments: A quick out-and-back to redline this guy. The trail was mostly dry with a couple very small patches of snow just off trail and one larger patch to cross. Likely gone by now anyway. If redlining, don’t forget to take a left when you reach the road and walk to Randolph Hill Rd where the trail officially starts. A nice, flat, dry walk in the woods :) With the new cemetery, you could even check out a future burial plot ;) Nice woods and some cool, mossy rocky areas to the side of the trail. Always something to see if you’re looking!
