| Comments: |
A beautiful day with great visability when the clouds lifted. Warm enough for sleeveless shirt and only light breeze on top. It was windy leaving the top heading down to the hut which is now open. We used microspikes after the falls on the way up to tree line. Several people on the trail and most were bare booting. We used micro spikes leaving the hut for a short ways and then bare boots the rest of the way. I will not be carrying snow shoes again until November or December. I think I will miss them. The water falls are beautiful right now. |
