| Comments: |
I put on snowshoes at around 3500 feet. From this point on, the trail is in really rough shape, with a mostly unstable monorail, and postholed badly. It took a lot of patience and was really slow going. It ended up being worth it as it was a wonderful day on top, which is snow and ice free. The GRT trail going down was pretty tricky. |
