Comments
Comments: Snow starts about halfway up: slushy but deep, still with lots of snow bridges. Microspikes help with footing all the way up (and esp. down from summit). Postholes here and there.
We encountered only nine folks today. The challenge is social distancing. For some people this is more important than for others, maybe because of respiratory conditions or older relatives. Everybody should cooperate in getting off the trail or making space for others, even if it means occasionally sinking into snow for a moment! Hard times for all.
This is a great trail we other wonderful views!
