Comments
Comments: Put on our snowshoes just after the sharp left turn where the Beth Hendrick ski trail heads straight. Snow levels deepened really quickly, absolute must to have snowshoes on up to the ridge across it and down until about a mile before Fire Road 233. No tracks up to the ridge, faint tracks between D and A, no tracks down A until the landslide where an old bareboot up to the knees track turned around, tracks to the hut, none from there until Wild River Trail junction.

The past two weeks have kept dumping snow above 3K here north of the notch. An absurd amount in places creating some interesting views that I haven't seen up here too often. Pretty wild day breaking out trail in temps above 50 with a nice steady 25+ MPH breeze along the ridge.
