Comments
Comments: Weather reports were correct, the sky cleared -- except for the top couple of hundred feet of Washington, so went up Monroe instead. Still up to 3 feet of snow on much of the trail below treeline, little to nothing above. Pretty good visibility on top of Monroe. About 40 degrees & 30 - 40 mph winds. Only saw two other hikers! As usual, a little tricky trying to stay on the trail near the treeline with all that snow...Got back down to the Cog parking lot and Washington finally came out of the clouds...Oh well.
