Great hike of Black Mountain. Trail is fairly dry with only trace amounts of snow if any. I was able to bareboot to summit there are spotty sections of semi frozen ice flows and some degrading blue ice. After summiting wore micros down to about 1800 ft. Snowshoes went along for the ride. I met seven hikers all respectful of social distancing and friendly at the same time. |
