Comments
Comments: Rock hopped to avoid snow until Lonesome Lake. Micro Spikes are a must for Fishin Jimmy Trail. Saw some people without spikes or poles but they were either bleeding from grabbing trees or going really slow. Stable monorail before Kinsman Pond pre-1pm, a bit looser after that. Fishin Jimmy was great, about 90% snow covered. Kinsman Pond trail is untracked and not passable without snowshoes or serious postholing. Also heard from lodge caretaker that a bridge on Cascade Trail is washed out but saw some people that made it up to Kinsman Pond but had to turn back around due to deep snow around the pond. Will post pics tonight at below link.
