Very enjoyable hike in variations of 2-4" of fresh snow. Had microspikes but they would have been overkill, bare booting was fine. Hiked out to Burton Peak and enjoyed limited vistas on the Sharon Ledges. The two people and I were all practicing appropriate social distancing. Snow was a bit wet and there were some areas of wet rock, be cautious. Snowed the entire hike but lightened toward the end. Fairly mild temperatures and some light breezes. |
