Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: At a tiny trailhead on Taylor Rd. in Sanbornton. There wasn't enough room to fully park off the road.
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: None of any issue.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: These trails appear to get very little or no use, but are blazed fairly well. That said, the light blaze colors often blend in when on lighter colored trees. Without the blazes, these trails would be difficult to follow; I had to hunt briefly a few times. Several blowdowns, all of which look like they've been there a while. One large widowmaker along HGT.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I guess.
Bugs
Bugs: A few.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing.

Comments
Comments: After a physically-distant delivery of books in Plymouth, I stopped here on the way home as I knew it was a lightly-traveled area, and sure enough, I saw no one. These trails were mostly dry except for the initial flat section of WET, which was a bit swampy. From the HOL on the HGT, I bushwhacked about 0.1 mi. to the red-blazed trail (not shown on the town's map of this area) which comes up from Steele Hill Resort, and followed that to the summit and high point, which is less than 50 ft. off the trail.
