Parked at the end of Cat Hole Road near the gat to the cell towers. Room for 5 cars without blocking the neighbors driveway or the entrance to the tower road. |

After starting up the road the landowner and neighbor came up behind us on his 4-wheeler ATV. He was very pleasant and asked if we had been there to the view before. He was happy to let hikers park and use the area for it's great views as long as they respected the areas that were posted. He told us that he put up the 'view' signs for people. We explained our mission and he said that we would need to go the far eastern bump on the ridge and the third cell tower to achieve the HOL. The actual HOL si about 20' beyond this tower. The road took us the entire way. |
