9-12 inches of sticky snow in there- bring snowshoes!! We broke the trail through the Black Pond bushwhack and a little further. We turned around about a mile into the Lincoln Brook trail, just before the first crossing. It was taking us too long to navigate and break trail- more fun than we signed up for today. Good opportunity for someone to take it all the way to the summit :)
