 | Comments: |
Highly recommend snowshoes followed one set of tracks though seven-ten inches new powder and after intersection heading up to Mt Jackson snow is between eight and fourteen inches. I met one hiker about a quarter of a mile from summit. The last 1200 feet of trail before rock ascent was unbroken with heavy drifting at times waist deep. The summit has a little blue ice otherwise very little snow.snowshoes on start to finish. |
