Gulfside trail very icy would be worried about them slipping
one hiker summited Mount Madison with her dog via Valley Way and had no issues

spent 2 nights at Crag Camp. Beautiful spot, incredible views but Crag Camp not heated. We passed Gray Knob Camp which was heated and others were staying there.
