Comments
Comments: LWT packed down nicely from all the foot traffic it gets. Osseo trail was packed down with trace amounts of snow all the way up to the summit.

The Osseo trail was a 1st for me. I can say it was well maintained with a few blow downs. I used my Hillsounds until I got to Osseo. I figured the lifts on my snowshoes would not be a bad thing. The stairs below the "DownLook" are still covered in snow. It was quite steep but made for a very enjoyable ride down. I met another hiker who had his skis. Another hiker walking with her dog. I would make it a point to try this again without the snow. I highly recommend this trail as another way up to Flume.
