This is the hike for those old microspikes because the snow and ice came and went. The only area where we might have used our hillsound trail crampons was on the BRT, coming up to Gunstock and heading over to Rowe. Fine with spikes, just had to be careful. Nice day out, saw no one except at the top of Gunstock. |
