The lower trail when first starting off is a little muddy but no big deal. There is also a downed tree you will have to bushwhack around. About 1/4 mile in the snow is hard packed and you're going to want traction. Leave the snowshoes at home, you won't need them.
There are a few spots on the Moglis Trail close to the summit where it's quite steep, but traction and a sturdy branch will get you up there. |
