Parking at the gate was plowed, but icey then slushy at the end of the hike. |

Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular |
|
| Recommended Equipment: |
Traction, Snowshoes |

Any ice bridges are collapsing. Water is moving quickly, but there were plenty of rocks to walk on to cross. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There are quite a few trees down and hanging in odd positions (use caution going under them). Others are easily walked around. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
We saw one cute little black and white dog. Very friendly 😊 |

None! Yet |

| Lost and Found: |
There was a glove at the gate. We left it there. |

| Comments: |
We got started just before 7am. The road walk is mostly ice. The start of the trail is bare. No snow. Then it changed to hard packed snow. No monorail. The temps stayed well below freezing. If it warms up it's gonna get postholey. If it's gonna be warm, I would bring snowshoes to save you from sinking up to your knees. |
