Comments
Comments: We stayed on the northernmost ski trails which had sections of boilerplate where they weren't groomed and then took the short bushwhack to WRT on the way in, avoiding climbing Wildcat D until the return. Wildcat Ridge Trail was well-packed but unforgiving of any steps off to the side. Two of us wore snowshoes car to car while one did fine in spikes without damaging the trail surface. Snow cover was ample and ice was minimal.
Beautiful day for this hike with Chris and fun to have Jordan join us, lowering the average age of our group by decades. :) A pleasure to meet and chat with Peter C. at the summit of Wildcat A.
