Comments
Comments: What a beautiful Sunday to hike Kearsarge. Sun and no clouds at all! Hiking up Winslow was a nice steady uphill. About .75 miles in the ice got really bad and we had to hike around the frozen ice waterfalls. It was pretty scary at one point, and I thought about turning around but we made it through. I'd recommend up and down Barlow until the ice melts a bit. The views at the top were spectacular, as always. We could see Mountain Washington and the other high peaks. Very windy at the top which made it pretty cold. So many friendly, happy hikers today. Spring is almost here.
