First part of the trail up until it takes a hard right up hill was solid. Last mile i put on my snowshoes. And i wish others had too. It was postholed up pretty good. On the way down I actually walked beside the post holed trail in my snowshoes and found it much easier.
Met a handful of nice people and 2 friendly dogs for Hank Williams to play with on the trail.
We started up towards Lafayette but it was kinda windy and uncomfortable so we didn’t summit. |
