Comments
Comments: We worked our way up the Currier/Ames col, picking the less steep grades on the way up in open woods. Snow was supportive and initial snow coverage was almost complete. For the accent to Currier, snow decreased enough that we briefly removed our snowshoes. From the col to Ames and for the remainder of the hike, snow coverage was almost complete. We took the road leaving near the Ames summit most of the way down, eventually cutting north to meet our track, not far from the parking. Both Highpoints are recognized.
