 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
from four corners in alexandria i drove west of orange road for a short distance to where a drivway turns right and the unmaintained orange road goes straight. room to park here. will note that all the dirt roads in this general area are in getting into spring conditions and were a bit rutted and muddy today. |

 | Comments: |
i walked west on orange road which had good supportive snow to a point north of melvin and bushwhacked up on a direct line to the summit. some unsupportive snow down into a small saddle then better snow on the ascent to the summit. some hobble and spruce in the saddle then open all the way to the summit area which is basically a large cut. descended in my tracks punching in more often than on the way up. |
