Comments
Comments: A great day with million dollar views! As clear as I've ever seen it.

Crawford Connector - the remnants of the monorail transitions to water/mud on trail as you approach the bridge. Crawford path has a mix of monrail remnant and clear trail to just above Gibbs Falls. From here to treeline stable monorail that held though it became a bit wet/slippery on the way down - still a lot of snow so you'll sink if step off to either side.

Packed trail from treeline to Webster Cliff junction though it was getting a bit soft on the way down. Wore microspikes up and down from here for better footing.

Crawford Path to Eisenhower Loop - alternates between snow and bare rock with the prevalence of snow decreasing the closer you get to the loop. There are also a few patches of mud/standing water. The snow was solid both up and back but is pretty well chewed up with post holes with a fw stretches where the solid trail is quite narrow. It's fine and will hold weight as long as you stay with the current footsteps but there is deep snow on the sides. Bareboots are the best choice on this stretch for now. You will need to push through some branches in places and keep an eye out as there are some partially covered branches the trail goes over.

Eisenhower loop - some patches of snow below the first ladder - easily barebooted and then dry trail from the first ladder to the summit.
