Comments
Comments: Temperatures appeared to have gone over freezing overnight, resulting in increasingly soft snowpack this morning. Initially somewhat firm, however by the time I retraced my tracks after sunrise, conditions had changed to spring snow.

SNOWSHOES roundtrip to prevent postholing in the softening snow (many existing postholes throughout left from inconsiderate users a week ago). Looks to be way too soft for spikes today.

Full snowpack remains, generally 1 to 2 feet deep. No ice of significance on the footbed at this point.
