We followed some old logged roads and headed up close to the first bump and then skirted around the north side of it and then headed for the peak. The peak was great with pines everywhere. We almost missed the highpoint but then found it. I found some old snowshoe tracks coming in from the West side of the mountain that from the topo looks maybe shorter way than what we did. All in all great day out for another nh500. |
