i parked at the drivable end of cathole road in claremont where the gated access road heads up hill and cathole becomes recreational trail. parking here for a number of cars the way it is currently plowed. |

the access road was well travelled by snowmobiles and foot traffic to the first communications tower. beyond it has seen less travel, i noted one set of old snowshoe tracks, but given the rock solid snow conditions today the going was relatively easy the rest of the way to the summit and highpoint. |
