Comments
Comments: Cold day with hazy clouds preventing the best views. Beautiful snow covered trees bottom to top. The Snow Queen still has her grip on the mountains. Good snowshoe trench on Hi-Cannon. Ladder was difficult and potentially dangerous so crampons and ice ax recommended though we managed without either. Abruptly colder at the tower. Today was a reminder of just how steep Hi-Cannon is. Kestrel data: T=10F, W=10mph, WC= -10F.
