Trail up to 2500' mostly snow free. Above that there is monorail to still some deep snow. Wore snowshoes until the viewpoint. Between the viewpoint and the Cannon summit lots of narrow monorail making travel difficult. The east slope up Cannon is mostly bare rock. Had a late start at 12:30 end enjoyed sunny skys. Snow was very soft in the sun. |
