Comments
Comments: Hiked into the Zealand hut the previoous afternoon, so did the Zealand/Bonds traverse from the hut to Lincoln Woods. The trail was already well defined and packed, and with me, and two groups of four hikers (one group traversing, the other going back to the hut), going from the hut to Bondcliff today, all wearing snowshoes, the trails are in great shape. Also crossed paths with at least seven hikers coming in from Lincoln Woods, I assume only as far as West Bond. At Bond I switched to HHP crampons, and left them on until the bridge at the end of Lincoln Woods Trail, where I went to bare boots. A beautiful day for the traverse,
