Water Crossing Notes: Drakes Brook crossing had a good frozen bridge.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: One big blowdown 3/4 of the way up. Can't go over, if you're 6' 2" with a big pack(like me) you're not going under without taking the pack off. Don't try going around it, trust me, I made that mistake. Between the 3' of snow off trail and the foot of snow in the trees just looking to dump on you.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: A young lady with two dogs caught up with me at that big blowdown, while I was brushing the snow off from trying to go around it. The dogs looked like they were having a great time.

Comments
Comments: Been to Jennings Peak before via the Sandwich Mtn. Trail, this time I took Drakes Brook Trail as part of my Waterville Valley Redlining.
It was worth the extra 3/10 mile for the view.

The trails not bad, there's been a few people on it since the last storm. I would recommend snowshoes. One guy went down before in spikes,
but a could see where he was sinking some. My big 36" Tubbs Mountaineers smooth it out after him.

A lot of chunks of ice on the Jennings Peak Spur Trail that has fallen from the trees. Had to keep a eye open for falling ice/snow from trees.
