Easing back into it after an injury, this was a perfect 5-ish mi. hike over easy terrain. The rail trail was well-packed by snowmobiles and all other trails had solid snowshoe tracks; I was able to bareboot round-trip. Excellent views as always from Cherry Pond, although the Presis were in the clouds this morning.
Lot of folks out -- mostly snowmobilers -- enjoying this beautiful day with mild temps and no wind. |
