 | Comments: |
Lots of fresh snow between Mts. Chocorua and Paugus. Took snowmobile trails from the Liberty TH to just south of Beeline (Paugus Branch) junction and followed Bolles Tr north to the logging camp. This section of Bolles was broken out by snomobiles. Turned around at the camp and hiked out on the Bolles Trail, breaking the last mile in 8-12 inches of fresh powder. First time up those 2 snowmobile trails and they are really lovely through open forest with views of Paugus cliffs. |
