Comments
Comments: Followed one set of snowshoes tracks to A-Z and then broke trail up to Avalon and to Mt Field. There was approximately 7 inches of new snow with heavy knee deep drifts in spots. Shortly after descending Field a hiker passed me and continued to break trail to Willey. There were much deeper drifts in spots and a couple places we got off trail before picking it back up. After summiting Willey our tracks were already covered in spots to due to heavy winds. A-Z down to Mt Tom spur and up to summit had one set of tracks with lighter drifting. Trail was much easier to follow. Great day to hike in the trees.
